Introduction
HCR918 high voltage common rail electric control comprehensive test bench: Can test thousands of models of electronically controlled fuel injectors, high-pressure electronically controlled common rail pumps and electronic control units, including BOSCH, DELPHI, Denso, Siemens, Caterpillar, Cummins (Eastcom, Fukang) and other common rail injector, injector compensation code, common rail high pressure pump, HP0 pump, single pump/pump nozzle, HEII injector, HEUI oil pump.
Main function :
- HEUI ACTUATION PUMP TEST Test CATERPILLAR HEUI actuation pump, equipped with special installation and test box, make the test more stable and reliable.
- THE NEW CAM BOX The new cam box can conveniently and quickly test electronically controlled unit pumps and pump nozzle injectors, and the test data is more accurate and reliable.
- COMMON RAIL PUMP TEST Electro-controlled high-pressure common rail pump test, the super-high coaxiality between the main motor drive shaft and the electronically controlled pump makes the test process more stable and lower noise.
- UNIVERSAL FIXTURE Equipped with universal clamps suitable for clamping various electronically controlled common rail injectors, connecting special wiring harnesses and special oil supply and return joints. Strong versatility, easy to use, fast clamping.
- HEUI INJECTOR TEST The HEUI injector test is equipped with a new type of special test and installation fixture. The test process is simple, accurate, and reliable.
- 19 INCH LCD MONITOR Independent research and development of electronically controlled common rail injector control system (with remote control service, free upgrade, WIFI connection, etc.)
